We desperately need to get rid of the public/private/test toggles (and
get a combined view of all the classes). Iwill do this if the
CxxBrowser caretaker doesn't want to, but I'm trying to avoid learning
about how the CxxBrowser works :-)
It would be nice if the outline and the class pane had "print out"
