Highlights 2/20:

Most of the big congratulations this week go to bill, who has 
sensors working across FeBe. 

I said "most of the big congratulations". This implies there 
are other big congratulations lurking about. Who else? Well, 
by unanimous decree from the programming team...

Big congratulations also go to marcs. He completed an assessment 
of all 271 of the issues from the Capabilities Review. Whew! 
We all appreciate the effort, guy :-)

Congratulations also go to ravi, dean, and markm. Dean implemented 
ravi's region splay algorithm, among other things. Markm completed 
the work type selection code, at least a first working draft 
:-) Meanwhile, ravi finished sealing off berts & orgls with waldos; 
in theory, we won't ever have to unleash orgls upon the world 
(well, we'll check out the theory on Monday, when ravi presents 
the D&L layer :-)
