It would be nice if you were right, but are you sure that the timezone
is not U.S.? The conference is in Florida, i.e. West Coast == Pacific
Standard Time, so I would have assumed the due date is PST, too. And
that is nine hours earlier than Germany, thus ten hours earlier than Finland.
