alpha-7 recalled by QA

The alpha-7 release did not pass regression testing, due to link failures.
Therefore it has been "recalled by QA".  B-)

I have made a change to one of the files (xpp/warrayx.cxx), per Mr Hill's
instructions, and am running the regression tests again.

If/when it passes, I'll send another message to let you folk know that
it really is released.
