Highlights 3/27:

The big congratulations this week go to michael, who has completed ptr 
arrays in smalltalk (needed for smalltalk URDI), and who fixed cfront so 
that it would give us more error messages (a hundred) before it chokes 
(very helpful when you're translating/compiling C++ from smalltalk).

Congratulations also go to dean and bobp. Dean fixed the latest 
backfollow bug; now we can see the links that hugh creates with the 
frontend. And bobp finished enhancing the system overview document with 
a section on waldos and manipulators.

Meetings: Markm, call randy smith for rick setup. Hill, markm, 
coordinate the completion of regions without slowing the translation of 
X++. Hugh, hill, discuss file renaming losing classes. Michael, marcs, 
cache link at both ends. Hill, Roland, michael, discuss crutch.
