Highlights 12/13:

The big congratulations this week go to bobp, who completed an 
incomplete first draft of the Xanadu System Overview. Though 
incomplete, it has the first comprehensive written description 
of our permissions system, which has already proven to be interesting 
reading (and bobp, markm, I have some questions :-)

Condolences go to hill, who has just learned smalltalk as a self 
defense measure (though he claims it improves his productivity 
too :-)

Meetings: Capability Review starting at 11AM on Sunday December 
17. Bobp, marcs, markm, discuss permissions. Hill, michael, dean, 
discuss sequence number regression tests. Roger, roland, discuss 
formic & fluid variables. Bobp, hugh, discuss apple people and
