Highlights 11/21:

The big congratulations this past week go to hill and hugh, who 
got garbage collection working in all of X++. This is a major 
milestone. Installing garbage collection in the rest of the backend 
should be straightforward from here; that installation will be 
postponed until we can merge the ent into the backend (which 
shouldn't be too long now either, right, hill and dean?J:-)

Congratulations also go to roger, who whipped up 1500 lines of 
code, generating the Sun version of the InfoFactory menus. Now 
all we need is some software to hook the menus to!

Meetings: Bobp,markm, hugh, discuss third party interfaces. Markm, 
dean, do ent design all day Wednesday. Roger, hugh, discuss accelerating 
the alpha BE. Bill, hill, talk about bignums.Roland, markm, discuss 
C++ to C++ translator with && and ||. markm, hugh, discuss slut 
protocol. markm, michael, log sessions. Ravi, dean, talk about
