Planning Meeting, 9/19

Highlights 9/19:

The big congratulations this past week go to hugh, hill, ravi, 
and bill. Hugh completed inclusion list waldos, and has announced 
a lunch bet on it. Mr. Hill built a memory leak detector, which 
allows us to trace leaked blocks of memory back to the routines 
that created them--this will save us gobs of time in debugging 
(hill also published alpha 3 in his spare moments). Ravi got 
MS-Windows running with TCP/IP in the background; and bill completed 
integer variables with humber capability.

Condolences go to ravi, who has taken over development of the 
document & links layer from hugh (who had taken it over from 
markm).

Meetings: Hugh, roger, markm, select a location to put the link 
descriptor. Markm, hill, dean, discuss enclosures.  Dean, present 
the FE team the new smalltalk image translator. Hill, dean, markm, 
michael, discuss heap management. Joel, bob,marcs, roger, lars,
