wierd 'enclosures' in the canopy

MarkM and I were discussing the implementation of PartialOrgls the
other day and he realized that partial bits need only be placed in the
sensor canopy, not in every OPlane in the Ent.  The splitReadyFromRest
operation then resembles a copy operation with the enclosure defined
by the bits used to indicate partiallity!

What other interesting enclosures could be represented in the sensor
canopy?  One example is: copy out the section of the orgl that has
sensors on it that would trigger for a particular set of endorsements.
